Amaro Gnamo! is the result of Valentino Salleolini’s careful research into the balances and fragrances of the territorial traditions of Siena and Italy, which then led to the final recipe, using infusions of 8 herbs with proven digestive and anti-stress actions, first and foremost Verbena, Siena’s most beloved herb, which forms the basis of our Amaro. Excellent drunk cold, or with the addition of ice to keep the organoleptic properties intact, Amaro Gnamo! is the right ally after every meal, but also perfect as a base for winter and summer cocktails, being aromatic, slightly spicy and thirst-quenching. A low sugar content and a strong character, muted by elegant notes, which give it roundness, are the leading characteristics of our Amaro, dedicated to our beautiful Siena and to all of you. L’Amaro Gnamo! viene da un’attenta ricerca di Valentino Salleolini su equilibri e profumi della tradizione territoriale senese e italiana, che ha poi portato alla ricetta finale, utilizzando infusi di 8 erbe dalla comprovata azione digestiva e antistress, prima fra tutte la Verbena, l’erba più amata dai senesi, che costituisce la base del nostro Amaro. Ottimo bevuto freddo, o con aggiunta di ghiaccio, per mantenere intatte le proprietà organolettiche, l’Amaro Gnamo! è il giusto alleato dopo ogni pasto, ma perfetto anche come base per cocktails invernali ed estivi essendo aromatico, leggermente speziato e dissetante.
